Duration Participants Objectives
  • To review and observe the Integrated Land Transportation Development and Management of Korea and Vehicle Inspection and Management System
  • To introduce the Standard Model for the establishment of "Green Smart City” through vehicle inspection and management responsible for Climate Change and improvement of atmospheric environment
  • To transfer advanced technology on vehicle inspection, management, information system, operation and supporting system, and policy development for increasing capacity in the field of transportation management of recipient countries
  • To explore future collaboration and resource mobilization on vehicle inspection and management system among Korea, and participating countries and partners
  • To build the capacity of automotive-related personnel in the fields of vehicle management system, vehicle technical regulation development, intranational harmonization, and new car assessment program.

Qualifications of Applicants
  • Preferably Director and Managerial-level Officers engaged in the fields of Transportation Policy Development, Transportation Infrastructure and Transportation Information System, and Vehicle Management and Inspection, vehicle technical regulation development
  • Personnel with college degree or equivalent
  • Have sufficient command of both spoken and written English
