      To conduct a safety diagnosis of the rail system design in 18 fields such as technical standards of rail facilities from the perspective of users and 396 diagnosis items and to eliminate the risk factors identified from the diagnosis before starting the construction of rail facilities to ensure the safety and convenience of users

      Rail track/facilities construction with total distance of more than 1 km including 1 or more station(s)

      • Diagnosis of turnkey projects commissioned to a private constructor encompassing all processes such as design and construction
      • Diagnosis on general projects, separating design and construction
      • Performance management and operation of information system on the safety diagnosis of the entire rail system
